Conducting systemic and general investigations into cases of maladministration or human rights abuses to assess their efficacy.
Carrying out inspections in public institutions to establish facts of maladministration.
Conducting general inspections on maladministration within institutions.
Preparing investigation reports to provide information for decision-making.
Coordinating sensitization programs to raise awareness in combating maladministration and related offenses.
