The Chief Administrator oversees the overall management of the institution. This office facilitates the implementation of policies and supervises the functional heads.
It is responsible and accountable for the proper financial management and expenditure of public resources allocated to the institution, as well as for accounting and managing human resources. Additionally, the office ensures effective linkages and communication between and among departments or sections to strengthen internal systems and improve coordination.
In summary, the Chief Administrator holds responsibility for the strategic and effective management of the Office of the Public Protector.
