The Ombudsman has continued to interact with the communities in order to raise awareness levels on the existence of the institution and effects of Maladministration in the public service delivery system.
This week, the team of officers led by the Public Protector, Mrs. Caroline Sokoni is in Chieftainess Chiawa’s Chiefdom of the Goba speaking people of Kafue district to interact with the locals and appreciate the challenges they face in their quest to receive public services.
The Office is in the Chiefdom to among other things, conduct public awareness meetings and receive complaints of suspected maladministration in state institutions in the area.
